Staff customer service is shocking. After working for a retail store I understand the pressures of being in retail but the staff in topshop stores in Glasgow are really bad. They have almost no people skills an have awful customer service. I love topshop and it's a shame that the store has such a bad name for its staff. It seem like if they are asked to do something it's a big deal that they have got to work! Phones are NEVER answered!!!! And there are never enough sizes. Clearly something is not working and when hiring, managers should be looking for someone with some sort of social ability rather than the idiot that are hired there due to a certain look. I would also like to point out this is an overall review and not just from one shopping interaction. I frequently shop in the store and I am amazed at the shocking service.
