Staff member who served us was helpful, friendly but most of all seemed to know about the shop's products and took time to understand what I was looking for. Given I was spending quite a bit of money that was important. The shop had the right product and in my size. Previously I'd tried and failed to find the right product online and this goes to show that it's often better to get technical advice face-to-face in a bricks and mortar store. To top it all - knowing we had a long hike in the dark - the staff member came to find in his car to give us a lift back to ours (thank you for this kind gesture, you saved us both an unpleasant walk and me a lot of grief for underestimating the distance). In a previous visit we've eaten some very nice cake in the upstairs cafe. Overall I'd highly recommend others to this store.
