Rang uSwitch to get electricity & gas price comparisons only to find they do not recognise my post code. Admittedly, my address is a new build but as it is almost 12 months old I had anticipated a company such as this would have up-to-date technology! A bit concerning when they're trying to find you the best deal. The call centre operative offered very little in the way of help/advice so I had to speak to Customer Services - they wanted to use a generic post code based on the area where I lived and I would have to contact any companies directly to switch. Sort of defeats the whole purpose of their organisation... Sadly I won't be recommending - you need to work on your customer service guys!
