“Sceptical as I'd never used Hotel Direct before”

Nothing to worry about!!
I booked a 'Hidden Gem' and wasn't disappointed. The hotel was one the best I'd visited and a fantastic price. The hotel was of a high standard from the minute we entered the building, all the staff were friendly and acknowledged you with a smile and a hello.
The room was cosy with lovely comfortable beds mattress toppers, fluffy quilts and thick padded pillows (heaven). We had an inner room nothing much to look out at but very quiet at night.
Breakfast was amazing with everything on offer eg olives, salads meats ,cheeses, assorted fruits and juices numerous breads, cereals hot & cold and everything for an English breakfast inc pancakes and omelettes nothing too much trouble for the hardworking staff.
Checking in and out was quick and easy.
