“lack of organisation, or concern about the quality ”

We were not met at the airport in Crete,there was no room available at the hotel they had booked for us and which we had paid for. Had to spend first night in an apartment thus missing the 'welcome' meeting - never saw rep and the information she left for us at the hotel was wrong!

Airport bus for journey home went to wrong hotel!

Never again will I go on a Jet2 holiday it was the most badly organised I have ever been on!

Comment from Jet2 on our return were mere platitudes and did nothing to reassure us that any of their holidays are any different.
