visited ayr showroom for order, despite getting an ignorant young woman, who had little interest in showing products, with no knowledge of prices and a
off-putting attitude. Her advice on prices was useless, and nowhere near the estimated price of job would be. You would think she could at least have got that right, as she stated boldly, that she was the manager of the showroom, which i found hard to believe.

The fitting date was cancelled, the fitter was civil and cleaned up, but found out he was not a full-time fitter as the salesman had assured me. problems commenced almost immediately, with door sticking and locking mechanism faulty.

Like many other reviewers, i have found out to my cost that the warranty is worthless. The Ayr showroom were again most unhelpful, with the manager, with a very unpleasant attitude stating any faults, were not her problem, a course in customer service, is long overdue, in her case, as she is very offputting.
on being told, i was to pay £50 for a visit to look at repair, i declined and fortunately had a neighbour who is a joiner and repaired the door.

It is clear from their attitude and lack of interest, this showroom is only interested in one thing - money! Once they get it, they do not want any contact with the customer.
