After booking airfares for Thanksgiving and everything looking like it is complete, 12 hours later I get a call and told my tickets can't be booked for the listed price (they wanted more $ or change time to different departure and date). After using broken English and trying to confuse the issue I was told they would refund (in 10-21 days)! I have contacted my credit card company and they said nothing good about Smartfares. If a consumer only knew who they were dealing with and what country, better choices could be made....if it looks to be to good to be true it probably isn't!
