“Lowest Fare but 3 days to ticket over the weekend”

I got a lowest fare. But when I called (to obtain $20 off) I was told that China Eastern Airlines (CEA) doesn't really fulfill their request and direct me to a more expensive flights by Malaysia Airlines. Then I booked online for the lowest fare with CEA on Friday morning thinking that it won't go through. The booking went through but the status was pending for more than 2 days. I thought it won't go through. It did get ticketed. That was good!
