“I will NEVER buy from screwfix again”

Ordered 2 radiators on Wednesday. Paid extra for the next day delivery service before 10.30am. Sent e mail saying they were on their way so took the morning off work but only 1 radiator turned up. The man from parcel force said he didnt know where the other one was and it wasn't his problem. Called screwfix who promised to track the missing radiator and get back to me but they didn't. I phoned up and was told it had been located and should be there the next day so took another morning off work. No radiator...no phone call. So had to call them again...they had tracked the radiator down to the rochdale depot but could not tell me when it would be delivered. They said it might be the next morning but no guarantees and they couldn't give me a delivery date. I asked if the radiator could be left in the garage if I left a signed letter to say this was o.k but told this wasn't possible. Cancelled the order and will NEVER buy from screwfix again.
