“transfer broke down,had to pay 40euro for a taxi to...”

holiday spoilt by coach break down on return to airport coach company did nothing.we had to pay 40 euro for a taxi.coach too old to be in service,we would have missed our flight home if we had not paid for a taxi we only just caught our flight thanks to a fast taxi driver.coach driver not bothered he did not care.a very good holiday spoilt by very bad coach transfer company.


we have used lowcost before and we will again if they refund our 40euro.
how about it.
