I was told a price for the bundle package. We agreed on a price. Then when I tried to bundle I couldn't because I'm already with the company for internet and phone in our area I had told them who I had the service with when I told them I wanted to bundle package and they said no problem we work with them. They said I could not bundle until the service was installed. Then It was to late. Now I have a bill for $60 more than I was told for 2 years. I'm stuck in a contract I have to pay $440 to cancel. Had I called the phone company first I would have been told I could not bundle with them since I already have them and I never would have had direct tv installed. They made all kinds of promises then when your locked in they tell you, we can't do that, no not possible. Do not sign up with this company they really misrepresent themselves.
