“Big mistake, Mister-Auto hoax”

I canceled a pending order I had made by them, I received the confirmation that the Order was canceled, at that time the money was still on the account,after that surprise.. I received a notification over a refund (for the value of the canceled and not had to be delivered order )and the money vanished.
They didn't had to deliver anything, but they took my money anyway from the account.
I am curious, if i will get my money back(so called refund for nothing)
Phone numbers - just answering machines with message, to log on on the site
