Twice now I have attempted to order items from Nelly, and both times there were problems.
The first, I ordered a pair of shoes. They took the money out of my account THREE times. I had to wait quite a while for the money to be reimbursed.
The other week I ordered an item, received a confirmation email for my order. When nothing arrived 2 weeks later, I messaged them, and only then did they inform me that they had incorrectly processed the order and it would not be arriving. Now the item I really wanted is out of stock.
Very poor service.
