Quite frankly some of the worst customer service I have ever come across and a litany of errors and incompetence. I ordered a top of the range free-sat box on 9th September, item said in stock and delivery within two weeks. it took two weeks before i was even provided with a delivery date. Item arrived and was faulty. Returned the item - was told to return via collect plus which i duly did. A week later was contacted via emessage to arrange collection of the item. I sent four emails in response - noone bothered replying. Finally called and was advised that the item was never received back by them but to phone again in a few days on the 'off-chance' it had turned up. Two days later phoned again and was told the item had turned up and i would have an update the next day. Five days later i had to phone again to be advised that item was with the tech department and an update would be provided within 24 hrs. another few days later i phone again to be told the item was being replaced. Received an email a day later advising item would be delivered the next day. wait in all day - item never arrived. I phone again - redelivery is arranged for the next day. I wait in again, item never arrives! I am now being told that the item has been delivered to my address and signed for(I think not????) however the Proof of Delivery ie the signature has 'gone missing'. Apparently the courier are undertaking an investigation and that i should get an update within 5 days. Item ordered on 9th September and it is now 24th October with no resolution or item (which by the way has been fully paid for!)..... Grrrrr!!!
