“Very pleasantly surprised thank you”

I was very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that I have had the pleasure in speaking to. After reading some of the reviews I was sceptical about signing up but thought I would give them a go and I haven't regretted it. On the few occasions I have had to contact the company my call has been answered by an English based call centre and within a matter of minutes. The staff have always been pleasant and answered any question swiftly. My switchover was swift and as explained by the sales advisor.

I would certainly recommend this company to anybody. Many of my friends and family have already made the switch to them on my recommendation and have no complaints.
