I have never had such poor customer service. Their phone numbers do not work, they won't answer emails and the order is incomplete. And the one time I did manage to get through to customer service it was largely dissatisfying.
When I ordered some wellies for my daughter it said nothing about a backorder and when the order arrived minus them I inquired and they said they were backordered. But no time prior to this had they informed me of this.
Beware! Their clothes are lovely but are not worth the aggravation!
