“Relax and chill out”

We are a couple in our 80s and found this hotel welcoming and easy to negotiate. Pathways were level enough for people in wheel chairs. Gardens are colourful and well kept. The all inclusive food was delicious - something for everyone but the most notable thing was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Although we were there in October the weather was like high summer in England. Our representative was helpful too and really listened to what one had to say. The only thing that let them down was the bathroom which was in need of refurbishment although everything worked. The chrome finish on the taps had been rubbed away and the tiling around the shower/bath needed more attention with mould remover.
