“dewsbury max spielmann grumpy staff”

we went to have our passport phoetos taken. the staff there (female assistant in her 30's) was grumpy and not helpful. she did not welcome or greet us. we basically went over to her and we weren't sure if she worked there as she gave no indcation of being staff. as we went over to her she just looked at us blankly, instead of the usual gretting 'hi how can i help etc.
she took our photo's and showed us quickly, she did not ask if they were ok and we felt bad asking for another better shot, but it was kind of late as she started printing them out on the computer already.
she didnt smile not make an attempt to make a nice friendly conversation. she made it very obviuos she wanted us out and the job over and done with. she took her time doing things and someone walked out of the store who were waiting for her.
it was obvious that there was something on her mind and strongly felt that she was taking it out on us.
a mother came in with her baby and asked to have pictures taken as there was a corner set up for baby photos and she gave exactly the same to that attitude to that mother. i felt uncomforatble and the mother gave concerning looks as the assistant walked grumpily away. would not be going here again and would stick to Asda. the shop seems to be upto date with technologya nd computerised machines for printing however the levell of service is rubbish so the machinery doesnt really mater anymore
