Accounting services provided included the registration of UK-based operations of an overseas company as a new UK company with the Companies House, consultation on required steps for VAT registration and other services
The service level was good, even though it required a lot of back and forth through email for aspects that could have been clarified earlier in the process
Registering a company in the UK and running UK-based operations without a physical presence of the company director(s) in the UK is no small task, which is something that became gradually apparent
The assumption was that, as part of these accounting services, such issues would have been disclosed before undertaking the initial registration (even though these issues are not directly related to the accounting services provided per se, but to the overall company registration process - including VAT registration - as it is currently in place in the UK)
