I ordered a Christy bedding set in the sale and they sent the wrong one. Upon calling their customer service team they were very clear there was nothing they could do other than return it and re-order. The guy was so unhelpf I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would receive a call within 24hrs.
I didn't receive a call, so I emailed customer services twice and still no response over 10 days later. It appears their policy is to ignore you until you go away!
Terrible service, I will not be ordering again.
