Was forced to use this 'bike shop' by my insurer to replace my beloved Galaxy. Having taken 2 months to source a suitable bike in the correct size (their website does not reflect the real stock that they carry) they left off the front carrier, broke the rear one and then failed to respond to email or phone messages (you can only ever get through to a bored receptionist whose accent is only improved by her gum habit...). 2 months after delivery - no satisfaction. I'm changing my insurer to avoid this firm in the future. Check your policy: if your insurer reserves the right to specify the supplier of a replacement bike, they'll probably use Wheelies - they get a 25% discount on the list price so they can turn around and offer you a 75% cash settlement. With margins like these, Wheelies must rely on volume and reduced (negligible!) service.
