“Delivered what I wanted”

After a frustrating time on various other "big name" sites trying to find a hotel in the right place at the right place, I came to hoteldirect almost by accident, and immediately found what I wanted. The site is easy enough to use, there's nothing especially different about the way it works, it just does exactly what you want a site like this to do really. But it delivered what I wanted with little effort on my part, and for that reason I think it will be my first port of call next time.
