This was my first time using vividseats.com and as a lot of people, hesitant about buying from a broker site. But all my worries vanished last night when no issues with the company came to be true.

I bought 2 2nd row floor seats to Keith Urban in Omaha. They were paperless, so that made me a little weery to buy, but after talking to several reps at vividseats, I was assured all would be ok. And it was! The only issue was with the venue and the scanners, they did not work right, but they just went to the box office and scanned the Visa gift card that the tickets were on, and printed real tickets! All solved! Will be using vividseats again!
