Start of September
➢ Order Sofa (££££)
6 weeks later and an hour before delivery date
➢ Next call "sofa wont be delivered, wait 2-4 weeks"??!!
Everyday for a week
➢ Ring Next get nowhere
End of week 1
➢ No answer from Next to whats going on.
Fine though because time spent to 0844 number should allow Next to keep trading for a few more years.
