I paid for the 24 hour Express turn around on an item:
I placed my order on Wednesday 9th October, I then checked my email account Thursday 10th Oct in the morning to see if I had received the email with the proof but had not. I then continued to check my emails throughout the day, from my computer and my Blackberry when out and about, as I knew I needed it to get my T-Shirt out and delivered to me by Friday 11th Oct.
I then received a phone message from yourselves around 4pm on Thursday, in which was asking me for the my approval on the proof. I tried to call back but no one was there to answer my call, this was at 5:30pm when I picked up the message after working. So I left a message on the answer phone of someone in Marketing telling them that I had not yet received the email, it is now 5:30pm on Thursday 10th Oct. As a service goes I like this as it helps if you have still to approve your proof it was just a shame that I could not get hold of any one after the message was left as I believe this would have helped me receive my goods on time so customer service is great.
When I got home on Thursday evening I checked my email again and finally there was the email for the proof its now 7:00pm, so I approved it straight away, hoping that it would get to me on time.
I then receive a Text message from Inter Link Friday morning to say that my parcel will be delivered: on Monday 14th Oct between 10:30am - 11:30am! Too late for when I needed it and not in the 24 hours express service I've paid for!!!
However when my T-Shirt did finally arrive on Monday 14th Oct the quality of the work was Excellent and was just what I wanted.
