I recently took out a new mobile contract with e2save. the contract is with o2 and the phone is an apple iphone4s. when i received my phone and switched it on, a message on phone said not able to complete actvation process and needs to be replaced. i contacted e2save who arranged collection of the handset and agreed a replacement on receipt of the phone back in warehouse. a few days past and i decided to contact e2save again on the status of the replacement. after having to contact them twice they informed me that they are returning the phone back to me because its apparently not the same phone they originally sent me. basically they are suggesting i have switched phones!! as the IMIE number doesnt match.i have not switced phones and they say apple seal its boxes so that they cant be tampered with. im at my wits end.... i bought this in good faith and i dont no what to do!!! has anyone got any suggestions... please help ;(
