I ordered a shirt in early September, and its status never got beyond "New/Processing". I emailed for status, no response. I tried calling and got an unintelligible voicemail box. So I requested a cancel. Well, that got a response - something about how the order had already gone out, please consider, etc. I said no, I'd already ordered from someone else, please cancel. This was ignored. So I wrote saying I was going to dispute the charges. Finally another response, saying I'd be credited back in 24 hours. That was two weeks ago, with no credit or further communication in sight, so I'm disputing the charges.
