As a novice website designer I have asked every stupid question possible but never felt patronised or as if the person serving me is losing patience. It's fantastic to speak to someone in this country who gives clear communication and makes me feel as though I am talking to a human.
It really annoys me when websites only have web contact and this is what keeps me with LCN. I really hope they don't draft their tele-support staff abroad and then go online only when they become really big, which I have no doubt they will with this level of service
I always recommend LCN to anyone for value for money and outstanding service. My only quibble (and this is small) is that I am a Mac user and they had some software I would've like to have tried but it was Incompatible. I hope that changes soon. In fact, I haven't checked for a while so it may have done already.
