I have purchased on 12 September 2013 a LED Mood Hood and 60cm Splash Back.
Today 16 OCT 2013 my kitchen fitter has got to the stage of fitting the splash back and cooker hood, he advised me that the cooker splash back was damaged.
Quick call to PREMIER Customer Service and advised to E mail through there Returns Process. Very quickly I'm replied to and told bluntly that I should of checked within 24 hours and that my 28 Days under Sale&Supply Of Goods Act is not in force.
Tried to argue but got no where with Customer Service and told case is closed. To top it all off the Led Cooker Hood was fitted and powered up and this does not work either.
This company have a amazing efficient Sales Team that are so helpful when ordering but they lack any Customer Service. I would never touch this company again with there Customer Service the way it is. I am considering visiting the store with my faulty items.
