“Honestly, Nothing special about this company!”

I've been reading some reviews about these consultants and was amazed to see how the customers were highly satisfied with their approach and service. At least in my case, this team wasn't up to the mark. Delayed response to emails, irresponsible rep and inappropriate data provided about different insurers. Price was okay but it's not just the price that does matter. I really did expect lot better.
