I thought that I had bought four tickets for the Fleetwood Mac concert at the NEC in Birmingham on the 1st day they were released early this year, I had confirmation emails stating that I had purchased these tickets and that they would be sent out 2-3 days before the concert.
These were not cheap tickets and total cost was just under £800 for the four tickets but as this was a very special 25th Wedding anniversary present for my wife I could justify the cost. Two close friends were also invited and we booked a nice hotel for the weekend to celebrate.
I had another email early in the week preceding the concert to confirm that the tickets were due to arrive, so imagine our disappointment to be contacted on the Friday before the Sunday concert to apologise that this company could not supply the tickets. Viagogo have refunded the purchase costs and have offered an £70 voucher (to be used within 12 months for future ticket purchases ) as a gesture of "good will". I have asked that any compensation should be in monetary value as it will be a cold day in hell before I use this company again. I DO Not get bitten twice !!!. and I suggest that anybody with an ounce of common sense should go elsewhere.
I am bitterly disappointed that this company should ruin a 25th wedding anniversary treat.
