“Worst Customer Service EVER - 0/5”

They dont seem to take notes from previous calls. The company they use to deliver mobile phones are as incompetent as they are. You wait on the phone for up to 1 hour. At 8.45pm when I decided to phone them yesterday I was told it would be over an hour but they close at 9pm and so would probably not get through to them. Turns out within 2 minutes I was on the phone!!! Seems like a way to get the customer off the phone as the staff want to get home. Finally free from O2.
