We used Hatched after a recommendation from a friend and we found the process easy and clear. We paid less than £600 rather than the £2k we would've paid had we gone with the cheapest high street agent. In terms of the service, the photos were good and we could pick them and edit the captions. The booking system for viewings was excellent as was the chasing of feedback. As a seller you want your property in the right 'shop window' and Hatched did that, and the property reports detailing your viewing activity were interesting. The only thing I would want that wasn't always the case was a named contact in the central office dealing with the communications to ensure continuity, but the file updates allowed the different agents to see the current situation. High street agents have a problem with these guys around at these prices, offering the ability to market properties as well as any other.
