“All good until there are problems”

Booked a trip for 14 of us to Kenya. Return flights and destination airport changed (gatwick to heathrow) but Southall Travel not in the slightest bit interested in helping us contact the airline to get back to gatwick once we return to the UK. Appalling customer service once problems arose.
