Awful experience very quick to take your money in fact that quick they took two payments of £100 instead of one, when I eventually got through too customer services after waiting twenty five minutes they where most apologetic and promised too refund me the £100 I am now 40 days later 6 phone calls later at the cost of 35.00 out of pocket, and still not sorted I have my fingers crossed and a promise that it will be sorted tomorrow (15th Sept 2013) I wont hold my breath I have already logged a complaint to Ofcom and will be following that up with trading standards if not rectified within the next seven days I will keep you all updated.
