“booking day changed”

I was in Springfield Missouri and needed a room for the night, I went thru booking.com for a room for Oct 12th. When we received the booking confirmation via email it booked my room for Nov 3rd. DaysInn tolld me I had to contact booking.com and boooking.com told me I had to contact Days Inn. It was a problem with booking.com and Days Inn charged me for a room I can not use. I was in town visiting my cousins whose mother was I'll and passed away the next morning. I ended paying for a night I cannot use. No saving money here its worthless and I DON'T recommend this site to anyone.
