I always use a meet and greet and manchester airport and book through the agent. I normally stop my car at the drop off zone and someone is there waiting for me and on my return I will call from the baggage hall and again someone is there or almost there when I leave the airport.
So, with Eazypark, I followed the standard instructions and called them 20 minutes again. The call handler said someone would be there within 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I started to get itchy. I had a meeting arranged at the airport. I must have called ten times and the line was constantly engaged, eventually someone answered and they said someone was just there. Another 5 minutes, called again, engaged. After 45 minutes from my initial call I called back again and they could offer no explanation for the delay, then a driver turned up in front of me. I told the call handler of my aggrevation and got the standard " I can only apologise" I also pointed out that I had booked a return pick up at 1.15am on my return and didnt expect there to be another problem on the way back. I also pointed out that it would have been quicker and cheaper to use one of the park and rides.
So, you wouldnt think there would be any problem. My return flight landed bang on time, I called from the aircraft just to make sure as I had no hold baggage. That was at 1.10am. At 1.30am, freezing cold and very tired I had to call back twice again. The "over the top to the point of insincere friendly" driver turned up at 1.40am. I could have been nearly home had they shown up on time and done what I had paid them to do. NEVER AGAIN will I use Easypark, its far from easy !!!
