“absolute joke!!!!”

i ordered 3 items over a week ago i thought oh its getting cold il order myself a winter coat as i didnt have one a week later still no coat the courier that they use are useless! dont know how they stay in business! i spoke to jacamo about 3 times n everytime i spoke to them they said it would be delivered each day i complained! even the tracking doesnt make sense when u click on track your order ive waited in everyday for a week n still nothing i spoke to them today n they said because its over the delivery time period they are now classed as missing so they will send me a claims for out i have to fill it in send it back and then if my items need to be reordered then they will do that! dont know what they mean IF THEY NEED TO BE REORDERED! like im lieing about not recieveing them absolutley disgusting customer service and also they will deal with my claim within 7 days! so will probably be about 2 more weeks til i get my coat not happy at all! DO NOT RECOMMEND
