“No hassle 3 city's, 5 flights, 12 nights, 12000 miles!!”

Sent an informal enquiry email to EShores and was promptly contacted by Mathew, with an itinerary and prices - his patient friendly professional manner was very much appreciated. He took on board what we wanted and made suggestions and alternate suggestions-did I mention his patience- to tailor the trip specifically for us. We booked a 12 night multi centre trip all by email, this gave us a little time to do a tiny bit research on location and hotels suggested by Mathew. We eventually went for a 12 night tri-centre holiday. 4 nights in New York, Las Vegas and San Francisco - fantastic!! Every hotel was great, in a location that suited us. Astor on the park opposite Central Park, subway station 2 blocks away - if you go to New York use the subway it's a great way to get around. Hotel in a great location, rooms are small but have everything you could need and it was spotless, linen changed every day, staff were great with our dumb tourist questions!!
Las Vegas - crazy surreal place stayed in the Luxor, these hotels are huge you need the map they give you! Only minor detail was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, because occasionally the 3 Starbucks in the hotel were a tad busy!! Go to Vegas ride a helicopter, shot an Ak47 ( under supervision in a controlled environment of course!!) and visit Paris and Venice all in the same day!!
San Francisco - holiday inn express Fishermans Wharf, great hotel again had all you could need. Fishermans wharf is touristy but, hey, we were the tourists! Laid back California, you've seen it a million times in the movies go see it for real - loved it and the weather was kind to us, no fog!!
The flights although not awful -all ran to time no major disasters, flight attendants professional with standard in flight entertainment and meals. The aircraft were all relatively small, and with so many long flights over a short space of time it wasn't the most comfortable. If we do this kind of trip again I would ask which airlines are being used and possibly consider upgrading seats if possible.
I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them in the future
