Yes, most disappointing! Parcel has not arrived. Reported this fact 11 days after the date the jersies were ordered and sent (Sept 26). Have been told to wait until end of October ... presumably when replacements will be sent, if parcel is still missing.
But why do you not use a tracking system, please? eg. parcel could have gone to Torbay (our Auckland suburb name)in several different countries or could be sitting in Customs etc etc ... how would we ever know?
