“The worst customer service ”

I called to chase upy order and was told by a very rude , impatient girl that she could'nt help me and that I should call back later .
Didn't take any details sounded the least bit interested in her job .
Where does this company get the customer service staff from ? India !
I called later to speak to the manager and she was worse giving excuses that she was busy etc . Busy doing what exactly ?????
