I was charged $80 more because the card I gave them doesn't have sufficient fund to pay the entire bill. I had to change the card, and that change cost me 80 bucks.
Sales Reps are very nice when you're about to book.
When you already booked your tickets - they stop caring.
It's not the dollars but how they deal with your concerns.
Isn't it why it's called Customer Service?
Too bad they'd rather keep the 80 bucks than to keep a customer.
