“Worst possible service ”

I've used Overlandexpress to send a bag to France from the UK. They lost my bag. This happened in July 2013, after several email sent they finally answered me (october 2013) about the outcome: no insurance can cover my loss. So in the end, after waiting several MONTHS I'm being said that I lost my bag, that I won't be reimbursed for it and that they won't even reimburse what I paid to send it to France.
My advice, don't use this company unless you want to use money and time.
