I broke screen on my phone rang insurance they told me they'd send a bag to me within 2 working days for me to send it back which they did I was told it would take 5 working days to be repaired and sent back after ten working days I rang up to query it they said it was on its way the next day I got a phone when opened realised it wasn't mine rang them and they'd sent my phone to some one else and I had someone else's phone so they arranged collection for it and advised I would have my phone within 2days. Didn't receive phone so rang again only for them to apologise and say it would be sent that day still didn't receive phone spoke to them yesterday and was advised I would receive today ( 3 weeks after sending the phone in) haven't received phone and was told it won't be sent until Monday now so will receive Wednesday!!!!! Absolutely fuming about the number of phone calls I've made at my expense and lack of customer care!!!!!! They have refunded excess but I do not feel this is good enough after all the inconvenience they have caused!!!!!!!! Wouldn't give the, any stars but it wouldn't let me send without putting one!!!!!!
