“Excellent estate agent to sell your property through.”

We had our property on sale with a local estate agent in Hailsham who i will not and must not name who had our property on sale for twelve weeks with only one unacceptable offer coming through in all that time.
We switched to HartColeman who charge a very competitive selling rate of only 1% NO VAT charged on selling fee and within six days with the very first viewing we have a SOLD sign up and you can not get much better than that.
