“no customer service”

Arrived at Origin registration we booked an ocean view room but we got a room in the back of the origin facing the woods had to call them walk back to the registration office and get a different room...low and behold we could see the ocean from the side of the building but now where near an ocean view for the money we paid!
We were also told that kids eat free at Sharky's but again they never gave us the proper certificates to get this.
The was no ones to tell us where to go were the pool was or how to get to get our room we felt totally tricked by the high rates and terrible customer service or shall I say no customer service, we are completely alone!
We will never use seahaven again this is a terrible experience with a lot of run around and expensive rates for nothing no room service no flat screen TV's the ads are totally rigged just to lure you in!
Once they get your money they could care less!
Just totally lost!!!
