The service was pretty good and the guy who was dealing with my application was very helpful, however....
I was contacted by a women from 24/7 as my advisor was on a days leave, she informed me that all being well, my vehicle would be ready for collection the following day. I went to the garage as advised (0900hrs) and was told that the funds had yet to be
deposited and until this was completed I couldn't take the vehicle, by 1300hrs there was still no sign of the funds and I had to come back home as I needed to pick my son up from school. From my house to the garage and back it was over a 100 mile round trip. I received a call from the garage at approx 1530 to say that everything was now in place and that I could collect the vehicle so I made the 100 mile round journey yet again. As I had spent the whole day with this I lost a days wages and there was also the cost of petrol for the extra 100 miles that I did that day so I was out of pocket to a total of £130. Carfinance247 have requested an admin payment of £149 which I am reluctant to pay due to the costs I incurred on the day I went to collect the vehicle. Good service but let down at the end.
