I got the contract with virgin, since day one there was no reception on my phone. you need to go somewhere in 10 floor to get one or two lines on the phone.
I send the phone for repair straight away, bay the time I get it back and try again there is still same problem.
The repair team say that there is something on the software that is beyond their financial to repaired.
I make a claim their still messing me about, I am still using my old mobile.
If you asked me never take insurance with virgin mobile again, they are a joke and they don't give you what is right.
The worse out there no I would rate minus 5.
