On 8/30/2013 my husband and I booked a trip to Las Vegas. The total of the trip was around 2000.00 so when they debited the 2000.00 plus another 1000.00 we called to figure out what was going on. They told us that they had us booked on 2 different flights and that is why they took out the other 1000.00. My husband explained to them that he wouldn't book 2 separate flights and that didn't make any sense. The girl told him they would have to review the call and figure out who was at fault when the trip was originally booked. They sent and email about a week later saying they reviewed the phone call and determined they were at fault. We've tried calling several times to find out when we would be getting our money back but everyone kept reading from their scripts with no real answers at all. Around 10/1/2013 a man called saying they were going to process the refund request and it would take about 30 days. So here we are going to Vegas on Monday Oct 15 and don't have that extra money. For them to take our money then give us the run around about giving it back is unbelievable. Especially the way they have handled the whole thing. We have used them for over 5 years, but after this situation we won't be going through them ever again.
