“Do not buy from this company !!!”

I ordered three chesterfield sofa's from this company, two White, one silver, when they arrived they were not the best quality for what I paid for them but I got over that. A few months later the silver sofa material started to wear. I tried to contact them by phone but could not get through this happened a few times so wrote to them to tell them about the problem, my letter was ignored so emailed them they then got back to me to say my warranty was up, well if they had replied to my letter in July I would have made the warranty deadline I feel that this was a deliberate attempt to stall me. I am concerned about this company's lack of communication when problems arise they don't want to know. However I am not going to let this lie and will be getting a lawyer to deal with my case.
